Gary Linton

Chairman

Gary is a professional CEO/Managing Director with over 25 years’ experience successfully managing and growing companies in Professional Services and Systems Integration. In addition to leading and running companies, he has extensive management consulting experience in mining, manufacturing, professional services, franchising, technology and start-ups.

He has strong commercial experience across a broad range of industries, including commercial and contract negotiation, capital raising, acquisition and disposition of business, and driving profit improvement. He is passionate about leadership, mentoring, strategy, positive psychology, governance and having a strong focus on the fundamentals of good business.

Robert Harder

Chief Executive Officer

Robert Harder built and sold his first home in 1993 and as a licensed builder his reputation for building high quality and competitively priced homes led to the development of Impact Homes and has since grown to become one of the leading building companies in South East Queensland.

Rob prides himself on his grassroots as a tradesman and has worked in almost every aspect of the company from maintenance through to CEO. He began his building career as a cabinet-maker and has forged many long lasting relationships with developers and builders in South East Queensland.

Rob aspires for Impact to become Australia’s leading supplier of residential house and land packages for investors and owner-occupiers.

One of Rob’s most notable and proudest achievements is the design and development of the exclusive Integra software program, which has set a new benchmark in home construction and customer service. This software allows new homeowners to log into the Integra website to view and monitor each stage of construction and thus supporting the Impact Homes philosophy – more than just a roof over your head.

Janine Macaulay

Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary

Janine joined Impact Homes in 2006 as the company’s external taxation accountant. In 2010 she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for analysis and solutions, financing and forecasting, budgeting, accounting and reporting, compliance and strategy.

Janine is a Certified Practicing Accountant, Commissioner of Declarations, and holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration specialising in Human Resources.

Her specialist skills in taxation, corporate governance, financial management, and human resources makes her a valuable asset to the Impact Homes team and she is dedicated to ensuring Impact’s customers receive an optimum return on their investment.
